Better Together

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. 10 For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! 11 Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? 12 And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.  ecclesiastes 1: 9-12

Better Together

1 – One body worshiping, serving, and growing,  as we attend aligned services over the weekend at Hope Chapel.

10 – Ten Local and Global missions supported from Hope Chapel members each year.

100 – One Hundred Ohana groups meeting together, building up the body of Christ.

1 – Reach More People, Strengthen the Core, Pull in the Same Direction

Better Together is all about a structure that matches our mission, which is the Great Commission. Watch the video below, as Craig Englert, Ben Prangnell, and Kyle Knight discuss the heart and vision behind “Better Together”.

10 – Ten Local and Global missions supported from Hope Chapel members each year.

Our goal is to have our church involved in supporting all ten of our local missions throughout the year, and to have a team sent from our church body to support each global mission.

100 – One hundred `Ohana groups meeting together, building up the body of Christ.

Our goal is to have 100 functioning `Ohana groups. We plan to launch a church-wide study through these small groups in order to help accomplish this goal. We want to develop our ~Ohana groups so they are providing support, encouragement, and a real “doing life together” experience for each member.

May our church, our `Ohana groups, and each individual member be about these five things:

• Loving God (worship)

• Loving others (ministry)

• Sharing Jesus (mission)

• Building up the body of Christ, Baptizing people (fellowship)

• Growing spiritually (discipleship)

A great commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission will grow a great church!
