Here's the info you need to lead your groups for our all-church series
Aloha Facilitators- so grateful to be starting this series together with you! Before you get started:

Is your group up to date on Planning Center? Contact Kyle or Mila for how to do this

Have you completed the Facilitator Leader Agreement?

Review the 'Ohana Group Facilitator Guide

Print the Group Guidelines to fill out together at your first meeting
A Few Suggestions As You Get Started:

Where and how are you going to play the video? We suggest you download the video and play it back to your group (don't rely on variable internet speeds to stream it!)

Do a test run: Before your group, get everything set up as it will be when you meet. Review the materials and test the video (again- internet speeds differ throughout the day, so we suggest downloading the videos)

Send a reminder: Great, your group is on board and ready to go! But everyone needs a little help sometimes. Send out a reminder to your members that you can't wait to see them- and give them specifics.
