Aloha Hope Chapel,

GRANDcares will be having a cohort starting the end of March and are looking for interested Grandfamilies to attend our 8 week cohort designed to releive stressors that these Grandfamilies may be going through. Our youth club is a fun way to learn about leadership skills, strengths and how to set and reach goals. It is held at the University of Hawaii Maui campus after school from 2:30-5:00pm on Thursdays. Our grandparents cohort is designed to help grandparents advocate for their families, communicate effectively, relieve stressors, set and reach goals and to meet other families in the same situation. This class is held at the same location and day but from 9:00am-11:00am. This program is free and includes snacks but registration is limited. If your church knows any families that can benefit from this great program please let them know. I will attach a flyer with all the information and the contact information. Along side of that we also wanted to share a Youth Club Certification Training for anyone who has class room experience and would like to become apart of the GRANDcares Youth Club Leader position. The certification training tools that will be taught will benefit any teacher in any classroom. The Youth Club Facilitator Training will be held March 28 and I will attach the information along with the registration forms. Please call me for them.  Thank you for your time and please email back if you have any questions.
