An update from Ben Prangnell:
Thank you for all the prayers- I just got off the phone with Dad and nurse at the hospital. Mom's oxygen demand has decreased slightly and her oxygen level is 97%. They have her on liquids now and are working towards her eating and drinking. She has been taken off the intensive care/getting a ventilator protocol. All this is positive and huge answers to prayers!
She still is using a lot of oxygen to be able to breathe and the respiratory therapist is trying to do some exercises for her lungs by having her breathing in through nose and out through mouth to get her lungs working; this is resulting in getting a bleeding nose.
We are also awaiting for blood work to check her kidney functions as we have concerns about some of the meds they have put her on.
Please continue to pray for
1. Her lungs and breathing to be restored.
2. Healing from nose bleeds so she can do breathing exercises
3. NO complications from medicines they are giving her.
4. She can get strong enough to go home and recover with Dad and my sister by her side.
We so appreciate the prayers and know God is healing her and bringing glory to Himself in this trial.
